We are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Little by little businesses are starting to reopen in various ways and companies are beginning to hire again. One thing is for sure about the last 8 months. Our industry was not nearly prepared for the slowdown. This one was biological, and no one saw it coming, but that doesn’t change the fact that for the last 7 years Recruiters everywhere have been acting as if they had their hands on the easy button. We felt the next client was right around the corner and if something was to hard – it didn’t matter – something else would come along to take its place. Well there are several key aspects to your desk that you better be saying “Never Again” too. That’s what this session will focus on – what should never ever happen to your desk again and how to make sure you change, upgrade and prepare what you do to be ready for 2021 and beyond.
