MKSSA 2026 Annual Conference

BEYOND THE PLACEMENT

Strengthening the Skills That Create Greater Value

The role of search and staffing professionals is evolving and so is the value our clients expect from us. Beyond the Placement is about strengthening the skills that help us create greater value: recruiting with intention, building stronger client and candidate relationships, sharpening sales and leadership skills, and using technology effectively. Our goal is for attendees to leave with more than ideas; they'll leave with practical tools and strategies they can put to work.

The MKSSA 2026 Annual Conference will bring together professionals from across staffing, recruiting, search, and talent acquisition for two days of connection, collaboration, learning, and growth. Attendees can expect meaningful networking, relevant industry insights, partner showcases, and practical conversations about the changing needs of clients, candidates, and the workforce.

Registration Rates:

MKSSA Member Attendee (1–4 registrations): $300 per attendee
