Previously, Paul served as an Officer, Partner, and Senior Executive Search Consultant at The Guild Corporation, an undisputed leader in the Washington, D.C. technology recruitment marketplace.  Following the sale of The Guild Corporation, to TMP Worldwide (Parent to Monster.com), Paul launched Advanced Recruiting Trends and created the “High Impact Recruiting” training program, which is grounded in consultative and proactive recruiting strategies and methodologies.

Paul has successfully executed countless recruiting engagements on a contingent, retained, and contract placement basis.  In his career, he has assisted client organizations across the U.S. in identifying, engaging, and on-boarding mission critical talent at the individual contributor, managerial, and executive officer levels.

Paul is a frequent presenter at major recruiting conferences, and he regularly consults to both domestic and international clients that are seeking to implement optimized talent acquisition, and staff retention best practices. His clients are comprised of a blend of companies that range from Fortune 500 firms to small enterprises.

Paul received a B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University and holds the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation.  In 2007, Paul released his first book, “Proactive Recruiting In A War For Talent Economy.”

Tricia Tamkin

Tricia has started eight successful companies, one of which she has been running since phones had cords. Among the Executive Search community she has been known for years and quoted in multiple magazines, trade journals and even other trainers and career coaches. In the 1990s she started combining Boolean logic and search strings with strong phone techniques and became a very successful recruiter, when most in her industry still didn’t have a computer on their desk. Her deep experience in business over the last 20 years enables her to see the big picture for virtually anyone’s needs. She’ll offer you counsel in a way that is perspective changing and entertaining, and always focused on your results.

Jason Thibeault

Jason started teaching logic in college, due to what he suspects was a prank from his professor. Twenty years later, he still does that. Along the way he’s been a USAF officer, manufacturing plant manager, and now recruits and trains with Moore eSSentials. With his downtime, Jason is working on his second degree Black Belt, is a published horror author, and solves mysteries with his Great Dane.

He has been called Batman, Ninja, Wizard, Pirate, Rocket Scientist, Genius, Professor, (Space) Cowboy, Philosopher, and The Most Interesting Man alive – some of these even by other people. When he isn’t dreaming up epithets for himself, he has built a reputation as one of the most truly gifted headhunters in the country. His specialty is getting into the mind of his prospect and finding where they could be hiding.

In It Takes 4 To Tango, Candy has two meanings when it comes to her "4′′. The first meaning... she will take you through her 4 C’s of Leadership which are the importance of Confidence, Communication, Creativity and Change in the workplace, the second meaning... you will go on a brilliant exploration of personality styles that will make you think, laugh, even dance...and recognize your true self and others. This is NOT the Myers Briggs Personality Indicator, this is NOT the DISC test or even True Colors...Candy gets participants up and out of their seats and networking with other...ANIMALS who are just like them! You’ll also learn to overcome personality differences that lead to problems like communication breakdown, negotiation letdown, and delegation fall-down by learning the secrets to connecting and partnering with other personality styles. Candy believes we need to “Treat people like THEY want to be treated and we need to recognize that people are not difficult, they are just different.”
